Restroom Facility for Yo Creek Village Completed

Belmopan City, Monday, June 22nd, 2015 – The BELIZE Natural Energy Charitable Trust is pleased to have entered into a partnership with the community of Yo Creek Village located in the Orange Walk District who are now the proud owners of a new restroom facility.

A grant in the amount of $45,000 was provided to the Village Council to construct this badly needed facility, which is strategically located to serve both their football and basketball needs.  The BNE Charitable Trust is proud to have partnered with village leaders in Yo Creek to bring to reality this long held dream. We encourage them to make good use of the facility and to provide adequate maintenance so that it can serve them for many years.

The Trust takes this opportunity to applaud the leaders and community of Yo Creek Village for their dedication and commitment in working to improve the social environment of their village and facilitating the development of our youth. The Trust is committed to continue working closely with our partners to unlock the potential of the Belizean people and is proud to engage in meaningful partnerships such as this that seeks to advance the development of our country.
